Sleep and Wellbeing - The Nightly Struggle

Presenter: Jane Ansell

Date: September 10, 2024
Time: 19:00 - 20:30
Location: Online

Course Overview

Sleep is essential for brain function and overall wellbeing, significantly influencing memory, emotional balance, and mental clarity. Many people, especially in the current unsettling situation in Israel, find it challenging to get the rest they need.

This presentation invites you to rediscover the power of sleep and how to improve the quality of your sleep.  You will gain a better understanding of how sleep is the cornerstone of our physical and mental well-being. Join us as we explore the transformative impact of quality sleep on our cognitive abilities, emotional balance, and overall health.

We will address practical strategies to cultivate a sleep environment that promotes relaxation and restful slumber, allowing you to awaken feeling refreshed and energized. Sleep is not a luxury but a vital necessity for a fulfilling and healthy life.  Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the workshop.
