ABOUT

Transformative Coaching and Therapy: Elevating Quality of Life and Professional Fulfillment
In my professional practice, I focus on individualized counseling aimed at enhancing life quality, self-discovery, and constructing a fulfilling life and career path. I assist clients in overcoming emotional burnout, navigating anxiety and stress, and finding their footing during times of change.

I began my journey as a business coach, guiding individuals to achieve their career and business objectives, manage procrastination, and harness their motivation. However, it quickly became evident that sustainable success required a deeper understanding of psychology. This realization led me to embark on my own therapeutic journey and pursue a Master’s degree in psychoanalysis. This pivotal shift profoundly transformed both my personal and professional life.

My training in psychoanalysis has enabled me to integrate psychoanalytic principles with coaching techniques, developing a unique approach known as psychoanalytic coaching. This method distinguishes itself by addressing not only thoughts and emotions but also the unconscious drivers behind them. By working on both internal and external dimensions, we foster comprehensive transformations, achieving personal goals and desired life outcomes in a harmonious and sustainable manner.

This synthesis of psychoanalysis and coaching not only facilitates external achievements but also nurtures profound internal growth, guiding you towards a more balanced and enriched life.

Addressing Life’s Transitions and Challenges
Psychoanalytic coaching is particularly beneficial during periods of significant change—whether relocating, changing jobs, or altering one’s life status. It is also invaluable for those feeling stuck, apathetic, anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from life’s zest. If you’re grappling with feelings of dissatisfaction, self-doubt, or a lack of clarity about your needs and desires, this approach can provide profound insights and direction.

Benefits of Sessions
Through our sessions, you can expect to experience:

- Enhanced Life Satisfaction: Cultivating a deep sense of contentment and fulfillment.
- Increased Self-Esteem and Confidence: Building a stronger, more assured sense of self.
- Internal Stability and Support: Developing internal resources to navigate life’s changes with resilience.
- Boosted Vitality and Resources: Elevating your energy levels and inner strengths.
- Clear Boundaries: Understanding and establishing healthy personal boundaries.
- Self-Discovery and Fulfillment: Identifying your true self and realizing your potential in both personal and professional spheres.
- Decisiveness and Purpose: Making informed decisions and setting meaningful priorities.

A Tailored Approach to Your Unique Needs
Each session is customized to your individual needs and goals. With a comprehensive toolkit that includes psychoanalysis, transactional analysis, neuro linguistic programming, and coaching techniques—aligned closely with cognitive-behavioral therapy principles - I tailor my approach to what serves you best at this moment.

I advocate for a medium-term therapeutic engagement, typically spanning 6 months to 1 year, with regular weekly sessions. This duration allows your mind to fully adapt and embrace the changes.

TREATMENT APPROACH

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)NLP is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy that focuses on understanding how people think, communicate and interact. It was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s. NLP looks at how people use language, their body language and other non-verbal communication to understand their inner experiences. It uses techniques such as modeling, reframing, and anchoring to help people change their behavior and beliefs. Its goal is to help people understand how they think and take control of their own behavior and thoughts. NLP is based on the belief that the way we think affects how we feel and how we act. It points out that each person operates within their own subjective reality rather than from a place of objectivity. Proponents of NLP believe everyone’s perception of the world is distorted, limited, and unique. A therapist who practices NLP explores how a person in treatment perceives their reality and the effect this perception may have on that person’s thoughts and behavior. The therapist can then help them find and strengthen the skills that serve them best and assist them in developing new ways to replace ones that have shown to be unproductive or harmful.

PsychoanalysisPsychoanalysis is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on unconscious processes and is used to treat mental health conditions. It is based on the belief that unconscious conflicts are the root of psychological issues. It seeks to understand an individual's psychological experience, including thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, in order to identify patterns, uncover underlying conflicts, and gain insight into how these conflicts may be impacting the individual's life. Psychoanalysis is based on the idea that unconscious processes and experiences can affect behavior, mood, and relationships. The goal of psychoanalysis is to help the individual gain insight into these unconscious processes. Psychoanalysis suggests that the client’s symptoms can be reduced by bringing these conflicts into conscious awareness.

Psychodynamic TherapyPsychodynamic therapy is a form of therapy that focuses on the unconscious mind and how it affects behavior. It works to help people understand and work through past experiences and feelings that may be causing difficulties in the present. This type of therapy encourages individuals to explore their emotions, relationships, and behaviors in order to gain insight into their current difficulties. It can help individuals better understand themselves and their motivations, and gain insight into how past events have impacted their current lives. People tend to develop defense mechanisms when faced with challenges in life. Defense mechanisms may keep painful feelings, memories, and experiences in the unconscious. A few common defense mechanisms include: denial, repression, and rationalization. Psychodynamic therapists encourage people to speak freely about their emotions, desires, and fears. Being open may help uncover vulnerable feelings that have been pushed out of conscious awareness. According to psychodynamic theory, behavior is influenced by unconscious thought. Once painful feelings are brought forth and processed, the defense mechanisms are no longer needed and a person in treatment can start changing unhelpful patterns when coping with life’s challenges.
