Registered Psychologist in Israel
I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the fields of sports and performance. I support people journeying toward a quiet place within, from which we can build resilience, manage stress, and achieve authentic confidence and a grounded sense of self.
I work with athletes, teams, parents of athletes and coaches, as well students, entrepenuers, organizations and various professionals.
My clinics are in Jerusalem and Ra'anana, and I also work through zoom with individuals from around the country and world.
I am the CEO of Mind&Go Sport Pyschology, bringing lectures and workshops to sports clubs, communities and businesses throughout the country.
My personal journey as an athlete began at the age of five; I was a gymnast, basketball player and swimmer in the United States and in Israel. My professional and athletic experience along with the many years I worked as a fitness trainer, built in me a deep awareness of the rewards and challenges uncovered during the body and minds' journeys. My goal is to support individuals in the development of their skills so they can increase enjoyment, minimize difficulties, and make the changes necessary to advance toward a place of synergy between body and mind.
Our work together will strengthen your self-regulatory abilities and support your moving through life's challenges with more equanimity. The techniques and strategies I share with my athlete clients, which help guide them back to a centered space of calm during high level competitions, can also benefit anyone experiencning stress or other challenges in their personal lives.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a form of psychotherapy that encourages individuals to accept their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment and to use them as tools to help them to make changes in their lives that are consistent with their values. It is based on the idea that by changing the way we think about our inner experiences, we can reduce emotional distress and increase our sense of well-being.
Body-Mind PsychotherapyBody-mind psychotherapy is an integrative approach to psychological treatment that draws from both psychotherapeutic and somatic/body-based approaches. It emphasizes the interconnection between physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual aspects of being. This approach seeks to help individuals explore how physical sensations, emotions, thoughts and beliefs influence their behavior and well-being. Through this exploration, individuals can gain insight into how the body and mind interact to create patterns of behavior, and how those patterns can be changed to promote healing and wellness.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on how one's thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected and can be changed. It is based on the idea that how we think (cognition) and how we feel (emotion) can influence how we behave. CBT helps people identify and challenge distorted thinking and replace it with more balanced thinking, leading to improved mood and behavior. ‘Homework’, usually containing practical writing exercises, is often completed by the client between sessions to reinforce the therapy. Examples of tools that practitioners often use are journaling, challenging beliefs, and mindfulness.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a form of therapy that combines cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness practices. It is based on the idea that our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations can affect our mental health. MBCT helps individuals become aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in order to gain insight and control over them. MBCT helps clients learn how to recognize their sense of being and see themselves as separate from their thoughts and moods. This separation can free the client from thought patterns in which the repeated negative messages may be dominating the client’s focus. After developing an awareness of the separation between thoughts, emotions, and the self, people in treatment may find that while the self and the emotions may exist simultaneously, they do not have to exist within the same dimension. The healing can take place when one learns how to interject positive thoughts into negative moods and thereby create a shift in mood.
