Too many transitions

Hi, I've had too many life transitions in the past 4 years. It's literally been one thing on top of the next.  First I got married and moved to another city, the corona started, then I graduated from college and started a new job in tech which was a corporate nightmare, then I got laid off,  then we made aaliyah, then my wife had a baby and went through postpartum depression, then I got diagnosed with depression and an autoimmune disorder, then my best friend died, then just when I got a new job, and the war started, then we had to move again, now there's twins on the way.... the list goes on and on.... My family can't seem to catch a break.  How should a person cope when there is no end in sight and life feels like constant survival mode? Thank you for your insight and support through this forum.
