Welcome! My name is Dr. Cyma Gauze. I am an experienced psychologist who works collaboratively with clients to help them grow their sense of well-being and resiliency. 

I work with adults, teens and tweens of diverse backgrounds, addressing concerns in areas such as: stress management; anxiety; insomnia; depression; relationship issues; self-esteem; adjustment to transitions in family, school and work life; attentional and learning issues; postpartum issues and parent counseling.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and integrates components that are solution-focused, strengths-based, respectful of the mind-body connection and empirically sound. The environment is welcoming, caring, supportive and professional.
