Therapy is not about fixing people—it's about empowering people to live the life that they want. Let's work together towards a journey of self-discovery.
My approach begins with creating a space for you that is nonjudgmental, open, and collaborative. I want you to feel safe, seen, and free to be yourself. Once we've established a foundation of empathy, compassion, trust and safety, it's time for genuine exploration and healing to take place. I tailor my approach to each person’s individual needs and experiences.
I'm skilled at helping patients with a variety of issues. These include anxiety, depression, chronic diseases and illness, learning disabilities such as ADHD, expat and olim issues, as well as the experiences of children of expats and olim. I can also assist patients with strengthening skills such as mindfulness and self compassion.
As a therapist, my role is to walk alongside individuals on their journey in a patient-centered way. We can work together to discover unconscious patterns in your life, your personal meaning and values, and deepen the emotional tool box that you have to cope with life's challenges.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a form of psychotherapy that encourages individuals to accept their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment and to use them as tools to help them to make changes in their lives that are consistent with their values. It is based on the idea that by changing the way we think about our inner experiences, we can reduce emotional distress and increase our sense of well-being.
Body-Mind PsychotherapyBody-mind psychotherapy is an integrative approach to psychological treatment that draws from both psychotherapeutic and somatic/body-based approaches. It emphasizes the interconnection between physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual aspects of being. This approach seeks to help individuals explore how physical sensations, emotions, thoughts and beliefs influence their behavior and well-being. Through this exploration, individuals can gain insight into how the body and mind interact to create patterns of behavior, and how those patterns can be changed to promote healing and wellness.
Existential PsychotherapyExistential psychotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes an individual’s subjective experience of existence. It is a philosophical approach to psychotherapy that views the individual as ultimately responsible for creating a meaningful life. This form of psychotherapy helps individuals explore their subjective experiences, understand their personal values and beliefs, find ways to live more authentically, and make meaningful choices. The ultimate goal is to help the individual reach a greater sense of self-awareness and personal fulfillment.
